Gudida offers an authentic Aboriginal cultural experience. We provide on-site workshops at Murrook Culture Centre and tours in surrounding Country. As a cherished gathering place for our Aboriginal community, we take pride in sharing our identity and welcoming visitors to view Australia from an Indigenous perspective on Worimi Country.

Cultural
Workshops

Authentic, community-led cultural workshops delivered on-site at Murrook Culture Centre or on Country. Participants engage in hands-on learning including Worimi history, artefacts, dance, art, weaving, language and guided resource tours. Programs promote inclusion, respect, social responsibility and cultural awareness.

Cultural
Camps

Immersive cultural camps offering deeper engagement with Worimi traditions, storytelling, land management practices and cultural connection. Camps provide interactive and enriching experiences designed to foster respect, understanding and community connection.

Education
Programs

A term-based initiative for Primary and High Schools centred around the four pillars of culture: Land, Family, Lore & Language, and Stories. Students engage with Dreaming stories, traditional knowledge and Aboriginal perspectives to build cultural understanding and respect.

Cultural Immersion
(Worimi Barray)

Worimi Barray (Cultural Immersion) provides interactive workshops, storytelling, guided nature tours and discussions exploring historical and contemporary Aboriginal experiences. Experiences may include Gan Gan Lookout, Little Beach and the Worimi Sand Dunes, encouraging deeper cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Worimi Buna (Cultural Development) offers authentic cultural engagement through exploration of ancient sites, artefacts, land management practices and Worimi history. Programs strengthen cultural identity and deepen understanding of connection to Country.
